The Noosa Rococo Tigers committee, members, and supporters would like to formally thank Senior Coach Matthew Leuenberger for his outstanding dedication over the past two years, both on and off the field. Leuey’s significant contributions, particularly his efforts behind the scenes and steadfast confidence in our team, have gone beyond assembling a football squad; he has played an instrumental role in strengthening our club community.
From leading us to victory against long-standing rivals Maroochydore to navigating the challenges of narrowly missing out against Palm Beach, Mr Leuenberger has consistently demonstrated resilience and professionalism throughout every success and setback.

Throughout his tenure, Ben has deftly balanced the demands of competition logistics, player welfare, and club administration, always placing the interests of the Noosa Tigers at the forefront. Whether supporting our teams through both triumphs and challenges, his steady leadership and collaborative spirit have been instrumental in driving our continued growth and success.

New Football Operations Manager
We are pleased to announce the appointment of Ben (Arch) Archard as Football Operations Manager at the Noosa Tigers. Arch brings substantial expertise from his prior experience as coach of the Noosa Tigers Colts and as a senior player with Noosa Tigers AFC, as well as a proven track record in leadership and talent development throughout his decorated career. We are confident that his guidance and proficiency will further strengthen our football operations and player management, succeeding Ben Collins in this pivotal role.
In his new capacity, Arch will be responsible for coordinating all senior players and playing groups, overseeing equipment and facility requirements, managing budgets and player contracts, ensuring compliance with league regulations, and facilitating effective communication between coaches, players, and club management.
