CODE OF CONDUCT
I agree to abide by the AFLQ spectator code of conduct and any directives from Noosa Tigers Football Club.
AFL Queensland has developed this code of conduct to assist in delivering a safe and positive environment for all people involved in our great game.
- Remember that many people play the sport for their own enjoyment.
- Respect all players, coaches, umpires, administrators and spectators and teach young people to do the same.
- Applaud good performances and efforts from all individuals and teams. Congratulate all participants on their performance regardless of the games outcome.
- DO NOT engage in physical and/or verbal intimidation, abuse or conduct toward any player, official, umpire or supporter.
- Recognise and respect that all volunteers give up their time to support your club.
- Respect the rights, dignity and worth of every person regardles of their gender, ability, cultural background or religion.
- Respect the facilities and equipment of your own and opposing clubs.
- Condemn the use of violence in any form, whether it is by spectators, coaches, officials or players.
- Abusive and obscene language is unacceptable.
No person(s) attending a match, function or event shall:
- Bring alcohol into a venue without the prior consent from the club and/or relevant licensed authorities.
- Take alcohol or glass bottles onto the playing surface.
- Enter the field of Play during the course of a match, except for 1/4, 1/2, and 3/4 time breaks.
Breaches of this code of conduct may result in penalties, including but not limited to:
- Termination of a match (including potential forfeiture of competition points) and/or
- Suspension of a match and/or
- Monetary fines and/or
- Suspension on a temporary or permanent basis.
